On July 10, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 107/CD-TTg on urgently focusing on organizing the National Achievement Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The Prime Minister requested ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, heads of relevant central agencies, and Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and cities to seriously and urgently focus on implementing assigned tasks and work, ensuring progress, quality, efficiency, and absolute safety.
Urgently complete and unify the content of the exhibition outline and design maket (3D) of the exhibition space of your agency or locality, send it to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for synthesis before July 10 and have a plan to coordinate, construct and install, ensure efficiency, synchronization, and unity in organization and implementation.
Urgently and actively implement the organization and implementation of work related to the exhibition space of their agencies and localities, starting from July 10 and requiring completion before August 15.
Encourage ministries, departments, branches and localities to promote creativity in the area and exhibition space of their agencies, ensuring both beauty, science, attractiveness and accurate reflection of the nature of achievements.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to organize exhibitions according to the approved project, ensuring the content and progress according to the plan.
Collecting opinions and proposals from agencies and localities and reviewing and handling them according to authority, ensuring that all preparations for the exhibition must be basically completed before August 15.
Synthesize the content and design ideas of the exhibition of departments, ministries, branches and localities participating in the exhibition; develop detailed plans and deploy decorative items for the grand ceremony, visual entertainment.
Preside over and coordinate with international consultants to develop a management and operation plan before and during the exhibition, and complete the overall exhibition space plan before July 20.
Ministry of Finance: Preside over reviewing, synthesizing, reporting to competent authorities to balance and arrange funding for organizing exhibitions of ministries, central and local agencies in accordance with the provisions of the law on the state budget and related guiding documents, to be completed before July 10.
Preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant agencies to urgently issue documents guiding unit prices, spending norms, contractor selection mechanisms, specific mechanisms (if any) and related issues, to be completed before July 10.
The Ministries: Foreign Affairs; Finance; Industry and Trade; Construction; National Defense; Police speed up the progress of inviting international businesses and organizations and promptly send a list of participating units to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for synthesis, have a plan to arrange an exhibition space in accordance with the overall design of the Exhibition, to be completed before July 10.
Vietnam Television will preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant agencies to develop a plan, organize live broadcasting of the opening ceremony and closing ceremony of the exhibition and preside with relevant units to organize special cultural and artistic activities to serve and honor the values of the national exhibition.
