At the conference, the Organizing Committee of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to assign and transfer Ms. Ly Thi Vinh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee to work at Bao Thang District Party Committee; appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the District Party Committee's Standing Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Bao Thang District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025 from March 1, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Trinh Xuan Truong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province hoped that in her position as Secretary of the Bao Thang District Party Committee, Ms. Ly Thi Vinh, together with the Standing Committee and the District Party Executive Committee, would promote the spirit of solidarity and strive to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, the new Secretary of Bao Thang District Party Committee Ly Thi Vinh promised to quickly grasp the local situation, continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, and together with the District Party Executive Committee and the District Party Standing Committee to successfully lead the implementation of the goals set by the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term.
