The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just submitted a document to the Prime Minister on the proposal to award the title of "National Emulation Fighter".
Accordingly, based on relevant regulations, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province respectfully submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and awarded the title of "National Emulation Fighter" to: Mr. Mai Van Duan, Head of the Department, Citizen Reception Committee, Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.
There have been outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland.
The above commendation proposal has been approved and appraised by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to ensure compliance with regulations on subjects, standards, records, and procedures according to current regulations. The opinions of relevant agencies are as follows:

According to the reporter's investigation, Mr. Mai Van Duan has been the Head of the Citizen Reception Committee of Bac Ninh province (under the Office of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province) since February 2019, for a 5-year term.
