Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Home Affairs conducts public consultation on individuals proposed for consideration of awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter".
The Central Emulation and Reward Committee received Document No. 571/TTr-BCA dated December 12, 2024 of the Ministry of Public Security to submit to the Prime Minister for consideration and awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter" to 5 individuals of the Ministry of Public Security:
1. Colonel Tran Thanh Son, Deputy Director of Son La Provincial Police, Ministry of Public Security.
2. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Xuan Hue, Deputy Director of the Institute of Science and Technology, Ministry of Public Security.
3. Major General Truong Tho Toan, Deputy Chief of Office, Office of the Investigation Police Agency, Ministry of Public Security.
4. Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong, former Head of Staff Department, Department of Organization and Personnel (now Deputy Director, Phu Tho Provincial Police).
5. Colonel Nguyen Thi Thuy Thanh, Deputy Director, Department of Party and Political Work, Ministry of Public Security.
In order to have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, on January 7, 2025, the Central Emulation and Reward Council issued Official Dispatch No. 41/BTDKT-P.I requesting the Ministry of Home Affairs to collect public opinions within 10 working days for the 5 individuals proposed for consideration for the title of "National Emulation Fighter" mentioned above.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that people's opinions on awarding the title of National Emulation Fighter to the above individual should be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs Information Center, address: No. 8 Ton That Thuyet Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi or the Central Emulation and Reward Board, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
