At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision to retire early for Ms. Bui Thuy Phuong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee. At the same time, the decision to transfer, assign and appoint Ms. Vi Ngoc Bich - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee was announced.
Presenting the decision and speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Dai Thang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province - acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Ms. Bui Thuy Phuong in her position as Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, especially during the period of the province's implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus and implementation of the two-level local government.
The Provincial Party Secretary hopes that Ms. Phuong, after retiring under the regime, with the experience, qualifications and responsibilities of a Party member, will continue to make contributions to the common activities of the province.
Congratulating the new Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Secretary emphasized that Ms. Vi Ngoc Bich is a cadre who has matured from the grassroots, has held many positions and has affirmed her capacity and qualities. Hopefully, in her new position, Ms. Vi Ngoc Bich will work with the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee to excellently complete the task, first of all, completing preparations for the 16th Provincial Party Congress.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Bui Thuy Phuong thanked the attention and support of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee during her work and affirmed that she will always promote the responsibility of Party members, actively participate in local activities and movements, and contribute to the overall development of the province.
