On the morning of June 9, the People's Council of Cao Bang province, term XVII, 2021-2026, held the 31st Session (special session) to implement the personnel work process and passed a number of important resolutions.
At the session, delegates conducted the procedure for dismissing the position of Chairman of the People's Council for Mr. Trieu Dinh Le, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cao Bang province (retired).
Next, the delegates conducted the process of electing Mr. Be Thanh Tinh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
As a result, Mr. Be Thanh Tinh was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council with a high number of votes of confidence.
The delegates also conducted a procedure to dismiss Mr. Hoang Xuan Anh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province (retired).
Speaking at the meeting, the new Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council, Be Thanh Tinh, sincerely thanked the trust and assignment of new tasks by the Central Party Secretariat; the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee.
He affirmed that he will work with the collective to closely follow reality, innovate, improve the quality of activities of the People's Council and individual People's Council delegates, meeting practical requirements.
Mr. Be Thanh Tinh was born on August 7, 1970, hometown Dong Loan commune, Ha Lang district, Cao Bang province. He has a Master's degree in Business Administration.
