On April 14, according to information from Military Region 5, according to the overall plan for building the school's barracks, the Central Military Youth School includes a system of synchronous functional areas, including: School Board Area, lecture hall area, military training area, student housing area, dining hall, stadium, football field, gymnasium, infirmary and auxiliary works.
The plan aims to build a modern education and training environment, meeting the learning and training requirements of students in new conditions.
According to the plan, the Central Military School will organize 5 specialized faculties; the infrastructure system includes 54 general education classrooms, 5 foreign language classrooms, 3 computer rooms, laboratories, multi-purpose gymnasium, stadium and centralized living area.
The items are designed to ensure learning, living, and training conditions for about 1,000 students.
The school has the task of organizing cultural teaching for students who are children of ethnic minorities, families with meritorious services to the revolution, and families in particularly difficult circumstances nationwide.
At the same time, training international students and other subjects according to the decisions of competent authorities. Enrollment work is carried out according to the general education program of the Ministry of Education and Training from grades 6 to 12; for international students trained from grades 10 to 12 according to the targets assigned by the Ministry of National Defense.
Notably, in September 2026, the school will hold the opening ceremony of the first course of the 2026-2027 school year.
According to Lieutenant General Le Ngoc Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Commander of Military Region 5, the Central Military Youth School is of great significance in the strategy of training successor human resources for the Army, and at the same time contributes to fostering and educating traditions and revolutionary ideals for the young generation.
Agencies and units therefore need to closely coordinate and urgently complete procedures related to construction land, adjust design plans to suit the function of each item; organize ground leveling, and implement the next steps on schedule.
At the same time, implementing in parallel the completion of planning, detailed design with the preparation of teachers, management staff and enrollment plans, ensuring that when facilities are completed, the school can be quickly put into operation according to the plan.
On March 20, the Command of Military Region 5 organized the announcement of the Decision of the Minister of National Defense on the establishment of the Central Military School.
The Central Military School is located in Group 4, Phu Binh Quarter, Quang Phu Ward, Da Nang City (formerly Tam Ky City, Quang Nam province).
