On July 20, the Government Office said that there was Notice No. 379/TB-VPCP concluding of Politburo Member, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung at the working session with the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.
The conclusion notice clearly stated that in the first 6 months of 2026, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, Tuyen Quang province was very determined and made efforts, achieving many quite comprehensive results.
Economic growth in 6 months reached 7.72%, the highest in many years. Economic structure shifted in the right direction; key sectors and fields achieved many positive results. State budget revenue is estimated to reach nearly 60% of the assigned estimate. Disbursement of public investment capital reached 36.8% of the plan, higher than the national average.
Local authorities at 2 levels operate basically stably and smoothly. They have actively implemented Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo; promoted cutting and simplifying administrative procedures. The investment and business environment has initially improved; completed handling and removing obstacles for 51/56 backlog projects.
The Prime Minister requested that in the coming time, Tuyen Quang province needs to innovate the growth model based on science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, green transformation, identifying and maximizing the province's potential and advantages for processing and manufacturing industries, agricultural and forestry commodities, construction, trade, services, tourism, border gate economy, logistics... creating a foundation and driving force to promote rapid and sustainable growth both in the short and long term.
Focus on accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital and must commit to reaching 100% by the end of 2026 - this is the basis for the Central Government to consider continuing to allocate public investment capital in the coming time.
Implement well the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026-2030, ensuring full assessment, socio-economic accounting, investment efficiency, focused and key allocation, improving the efficiency of resource use, ensuring priority for remote and isolated areas, ethnic minority and mountainous areas; reduce at least 30% of the number of projects compared to the period 2021-2025.
Accelerate progress, thoroughly handle backlog and prolonged projects, not stopping at developing handling plans but ensuring specific output results such as projects continuing to be implemented, creating jobs, contributing to state budget revenue...
The Prime Minister also requested Tuyen Quang province to promote industrial development associated with deep processing of agricultural and forestry products.
Effectively implement the Provincial Plan for the period 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050 that has been approved for adjustment, associated with completing urban and rural planning, ensuring synchronous suitability with national sectoral plans and regional plans.
Focus on prioritizing the development of rental housing in industrial zones and clusters; research policies to prioritize rental housing for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces stationed in the area.
Ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the 2-level local government apparatus, improving the capacity of local administration and governance in accordance with the spirit of Conclusion No. 64-KL/TW dated July 1, 2026 of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
Carefully assess the quality of the contingent of commune and ward officials to serve as a basis for rotating and arranging officials, arranging staff according to the practical needs of the locality, especially in the fields of education and training, and healthcare.
