At the program, Ms. Phan Kieu Thanh Huong - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs - announced the President's Decision on conferring the title of "Hero of Labor" to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
