In the past week (from July 4-10), the National Assembly Standing Committee announced and awarded many Resolutions on personnel work.
In Resolution No. 260/NQ-UBTVQH16, the National Assembly Standing Committee decided to appoint Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, former Deputy Chairman of the Judicial Committee of the 15th National Assembly, to the position of Assistant to Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh.
In Resolution No. 281/NQ-UBTVQH16, the National Assembly Standing Committee decided to appoint Mr. Ha Van Thang, former Assistant to Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Vu Hong Thanh, to hold the position of Assistant to Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh.

In Resolution No. 294/NQ-UBTVQH16, the National Assembly Standing Committee decided to appoint Mr. Huynh Khac Diep, City Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to hold the position of Assistant to Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Hong Dien.
At the resolution awarding ceremony, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh affirmed that the appointed comrades are all cadres who have been well-trained, grown up from practice, have gone through many different positions, have a process of striving and contributing, have comprehensive thinking, vision, bravery, and sense of responsibility; affirm their capacity and always complete assigned tasks well.
The approval and appointment is a recognition of the results that the comrades have achieved, and also an expectation and belief in entrusting new responsibilities in the new development stage of the National Assembly.
The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly believes that in their new positions, the comrades will continue to promote their qualities, capacity and work experience; maintain political bravery, public service ethics, spirit of solidarity, responsibility, dedication, and professionalism; constantly learn, innovate, and be creative to excellently complete assigned tasks, worthy of the trust of the Party, State, National Assembly, and People.
