The 44th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution and reorganizing administrative units.

The program is expected that the 44th session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on 42 contents, with an official working time of about more than 8 days. The first session of the session took place over 4 days (from April 14 to 17).

It is expected that at the 44th session, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the proposal for amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; establish a draft committee to amend and supplement a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; collect public opinions on the draft amendment and supplement to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.

In addition, the National Assembly Standing Committee also considered and approved the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on the arrangement of administrative units to replace Resolution No. 35 years 2023 on the arrangement of district and commune administrative units for the period 2023 - 2030.

The National Assembly Standing Committee will consider submitting to the National Assembly for decision on the establishment of the National Election Council and election of the Chairman of the National Election Council.

At the same time, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly will also comment on 12 law projects, including: Atomic Energy Law (amended); Law on Science, Technology and Innovation; Activity law; The Law on transfer of people serving imprisonment sentences; Law on civil status support; Law on criminal judicial assistance; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Effective and Effective Energy use; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Credit Institutions;
