Accordingly, the 51st session of the National Assembly Standing Committee will be divided into 4 sessions.
Round 1 (expected from the afternoon of November 5 to 6), the National Assembly Standing Committee reviewed personnel work and approved the Resolution on the expected allocation of the number, structure, and composition of National Assembly deputies of the 16th National Assembly;
Commenting on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly stipulating specific mechanisms on a number of policies and guidelines in Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development;
The draft Resolution of the National Assembly stipulates a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in organizing the implementation of the Land Law;
The Government's Submissions to the National Assembly on approving the investment policy for the Gia Binh International Airport Construction Investment Project; draft Decree of the Government regulating the management and use of the state budget for a number of activities of the Party.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also considered and decided on adjusting the budget for investment expenditure to develop central budget sources in 2025 between ministries, central and local agencies and adjusting and supplementing the construction of schools in border communes, implementing tasks and projects to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
In the second session (November 12 and afternoon of November 17), the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the draft Law on Artificial Intelligence; investment policies for the National Target Program on modernization and improvement of education and training quality for the period 2026-2035; National Target Program on health care, population and development for the period 2026-2035.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also reserved time for giving opinions on the draft Law on the specialized Court at the International Financial Center; draft Resolution of the National Assembly on special mechanisms and policies to implement Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation.
At the 3rd session (expected to take place on the afternoon of November 24), the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the explanation, acceptance and revision of the following groups of projects: Law on Cyber Security; Law on State Secrets Protection (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization Industry; gave opinions on the explanation, acceptance and revision of the group of projects: Law on Deposit Insurance (amended); Law on E-commerce; Law on Construction (amended);
Giving opinions on the investment policy of the National Target Program on new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas by 2030.
In the 4th session (November 29), the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the explanation, acceptance and revision of the group of projects: Law on High Technology (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer; Law on Artificial Intelligence; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property;
