On the afternoon of April 7, at the Presidential Office, General Secretary and President To Lam met with officials, civil servants, public employees, and employees of the Presidential Office.
Also attending the meeting were: former Politburo Member, former President Luong Cuong; Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Pham Gia Tuc; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan; Central Party Committee members: Chairman of the Presidential Office Le Khanh Hai; Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Dang Khanh Toan. Also attending were Comrade To An Xo, Assistant to the General Secretary, in charge of the General Secretary's Office.

Speaking at the meeting, General Secretary and President To Lam acknowledged and highly appreciated the serious, disciplined, thoughtful, and effective working spirit of officials, civil servants, public employees, and employees of the Presidential Office. Many big and difficult tasks require very high requirements for progress, quality, confidentiality, and rituality, but all comrades try to complete them with the highest sense of responsibility.
Our country is entering a new stage of development, with very high requirements for speed, quality, efficiency and sustainability. Therefore, General Secretary and President To Lam wished that the Presidential Office would continue to further affirm its position and role as a direct, comprehensive, reliable, accurate and absolutely loyal advisory and service agency.
The Presidential Office must truly be a streamlined but elite collective; standard but dynamic; discreet but in-depth; brave, professional and modern; each advisory information must be truly reliable; each work program must be truly thoughtful; each action, each word, each style of behavior must show the bravery, culture, and discipline of a high-level State agency.

General Secretary and President To Lam requested the collective of the Presidential Office to continue to improve the quality of advisory work. To do so, each official must constantly learn, train, improve themselves, work with both responsibility and professional qualifications; must especially value standards, accuracy, discipline, and order in the entire operation of the agency.
General Secretary and President To Lam requested to continue building a united, sincere, humane and professional collective; must promote the application of science and technology, digital transformation, modernization of working methods, must aim for a modern, intelligent, scientific service administration, reducing manual work, reducing overlap, increasing connectivity, increasing productivity, and increasing advisory quality.
The General Secretary and President believes that the collective of the Presidential Office will successfully complete the assigned tasks and affirmed that if they are truly united, for the common good, working with the spirit of serving the Fatherland and serving the people, no matter how heavy the task is, they will overcome it.
In a solemn, friendly and warm atmosphere, at the meeting, former President Luong Cuong expressed that after more than 50 years of serving the revolution and serving the people, being trained and challenged in combat, growing from soldiers to key leaders of the Party and State; no matter what tasks are assigned, in what position, they always strive their best, striving to successfully complete all tasks assigned by the Party, State and people.

Former President Luong Cuong respectfully thanked the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, leaders and former leaders of the Party and State, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, sectors, central and local agencies and organizations, compatriots, comrades, voters nationwide, our compatriots abroad, international friends and directly cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, the Presidential Office for their support, assistance, and creation of conditions to successfully complete the tasks of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
