Accordingly, the two sides further improve the coordination role of the Intergovernmental Committee on Economic - Trade and Science and Technology Cooperation, from which there are solutions to promote cooperation in new fields such as processing industry, mechanics and chemicals; promote energy - oil and gas cooperation; strengthen information exchange, seek investment opportunities, train human resources as well as study cooperation in the field of clean energy, renewable energy; enterprises of the two countries promote connectivity, exchange information, promote investment in each other's market; Promoting investment in agriculture and early signing agreements on encouragement, investment protection, promoting strengths in the field of sea and rail transport between the two countries; strengthen local cooperation.
President Aliyev affirmed that he will give specific instructions to promote relations in all aspects, especially economy - trade - investment. With the advantage of geographical location, Azerbaijan wishes to cooperate with Vietnam in the fields of logistics, seaports, railways, aviation, and renewable energy.
President Ilham Aliyev hopes to attract Vietnamese enterprises to do business in Azerbaijan and pledges to create conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to do business and invest in Azerbaijan.
Joyed by the positive development of bilateral relations over the past time, the two leaders agreed to strengthen the meeting and exchange of delegations at all levels, especially high -level, as well as ministries, branches and localities, consolidating political trust between the two countries; Implementing the cooperation agreement between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the new Azerbaijan Party in Azerbaijan (which President Ilham Aliyev is the Chairman of the Party) through exchanging delegations at all levels, exchanging information, experience, coordination at multilateral forums.
The two leaders also discussed and agreed on many major measures and directions to promote bilateral relations in the fields of economy - trade, energy, defense, security, education - training, culture, and people-to-people exchanges.
