Accordingly, Vinh Phuc Provincial Police ended the operation of 9 district-level police and 82 teams of district-level police. Mobilized and arranged 10 cadres to work and hold the positions of heads of professional departments; 53 cadres to work and hold the positions of deputy heads of departments of professional departments.

Also on February 28, Vinh Phuc Provincial Police received the task of State management of criminal records and performing public services for issuing criminal records from the Department of Justice.

At the same time, he received the task of state management of testing and granting a Road Mechanical Driving License from the Department of Transport to Vinh Phuc Provincial Police.
