On February 13, information from the Organizing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee said that Mr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh, Standing Committee Member, Head of Propaganda Department of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Provincial Party Committee Member, Secretary of Phuc Yen City Party Committee, have requested to retire early.
Up to now, Vinh Phuc province has had nearly 300 cadres, civil servants and public employees voluntarily resign from work, enjoy early retirement and resignation policies according to Decree No. 177 and Decree No. 178 of the Government when rearranging the organizational apparatus.
Previously, Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on reorganizing the apparatus of organizations and agencies of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee; merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Department.
Decision to end the activities of 7 Party delegations, 3 Party Executive Committees; decision to end the activities of the Party Committee of Provincial Agencies and the Party Committee of Provincial Enterprises; decision to establish the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to ensure compliance with the Central's orientation.
According to Mr. Tran Viet Cuong, Head of the Organization Board of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, in the coming time, Vinh Phuc province will continue to streamline its staff, restructure its staff, civil servants, public employees and workers to eliminate unnecessary positions, duplicate functions and tasks, reduce ineffective work, and focus resources on key areas.
