Commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), celebrating the successful XIV National Congress of the Party, this morning, February 3 in Hanoi, General Secretary To Lam attended and issued the groundbreaking order for the Vietnam Communist Party Museum project.
Also attending were former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, former National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and many leaders and former leaders of the Party and State.



Previously, on the same morning, commemorating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, National Assembly, President, Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and paid respects to President Ho Chi Minh at the Mausoleum.
Attending the memorial service were comrades: Politburo Member, General Secretary To Lam; State President Luong Cuong; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Politburo Member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu; Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai.
Also attending the memorial service were former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; former Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung; former National Assembly Chairmen: Nguyen Sinh Hung, Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.

The delegation expressed their respect and remembrance for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the founder, leader, and trainer of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the pioneering team of the working class, working people and the Vietnamese nation.
Over 96 years of construction and growth, the Party has led our people to raise the flag of national independence and socialism, overcome countless difficulties and challenges, and achieve great achievements.
The leadership of the Party, the joint efforts and consensus of the entire Party, people, and army create a combined strength for the country to continue to overcome difficulties and challenges.
The 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam is also the time for the whole country to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress. The Congress is a historical event, showing the strategic vision and high political determination of the Party, State and people of Vietnam in bringing the country into the era of national rise.
