On January 2, information from the Ministry of Justice said that, implementing Official Dispatch No. 7389/BTP-TCCB dated December 23, 2024 of the Ministry of Justice on disseminating and implementing Official Dispatch No. 7968/BNV-CCVC of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the orientation for developing a plan for arranging and assigning cadres, civil servants, public employees and people working under the labor contract regime when implementing the arrangement of the administrative apparatus, the National Registration Department of Secured Transactions (Registration Department) held a Conference to disseminate and implement the above document.
The conference was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Director of the Registration Department.
At the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoai - Chief of Office of the Registration Department - introduced the full content of Official Dispatch No. 7968/BNV-CCVC dated December 8, 2024 of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Director of the Registration Department - informed all civil servants, public employees and employees about the results of the project to merge the Registration Department and the State Compensation Department; the draft Decision regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Registration and State Compensation Department, including contents related to the arrangement and assignment of civil servants, public employees and people working under labor contracts when implementing the arrangement of the administrative apparatus of the Department.
These important documents have been fully consulted with the Party committees and units under the Department; civil servants, public employees and workers in the Department.
Mr. Hai also requested that the collective of civil servants, public employees and workers need to promote their roles and responsibilities in deploying and properly performing assigned tasks associated with the functions and tasks of the Department in the new context; at the same time, be assured and confident in implementing the guidelines, policies and directions of the Party, the State and competent authorities of the Ministry of Justice.
The conference had high consensus on the policies, orientations and solutions of competent authorities related to the staff, civil servants, public employees and contract workers in the arrangement and streamlining of the state apparatus in general, of the Ministry, the Justice sector and the Registration Department in particular.
