The Calvin Klein brand has just announced the 2025 Spring global campaign with the appearance of 5 Kpop female idols Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein, introducing the brand's latest denim collection.
This is the second time the 5 girls have participated in Calvin Klein's advertising campaign. Last year, they were models in the 2024 Autumn Global Campaign after signing an ambassador contract, bringing a media impact value of $554,000 for just one post on a social media account.
Fans also spread the image of Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein's large advertising posters for Calvin Klein's new campaign hanging on the bustling streets of Houston, New York (USA).

Notably, netizens are discussing actively about Calvin Klein using the names of the 5 female idols instead of the group names. Previously, in the fall 2024 campaign, the company used the name NewJeans and associated the group's X account ( social media) with the label.
But since the 5 members have announced the termination of their contracts with ADOR Company (under HYBE Group) since November 29, 2024, Calvin Klein seems to be considering Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein as independent artists, no longer in the group NewJeans.
Billboard magazine and some international media outlets, when reporting on Calvin Klein's campaign, used the name of the new group NJZ (5 girls announced from February 7) instead of NewJeans.
Billboard titled it: NJZ Star in Calvin Kleins Spring 2025 campaign.

Last year, after NewJeans announced the termination of the contract, ADOR filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court, seeking a temporary ban on 5 members, to maintain ADOR's management company status and prevent NewJeans from signing a commercial contract with a third party.
When the 5 girls announced the new group name as NJZ, ADOR asked the media to use the name "NewJeans" instead of "NJZ". ADOR said that the members "admitted to using the new group name without agreeing with the company, the exclusive contract between NewJeans members and ADOR is still legally valid".
However, while the contract dispute between the 5 female idols and ADOR has not been resolved, the name NJZ is gradually becoming more popular.
The ban application submitted by ADOR to prevent the 5 members from arbitrarily signing independent trade contracts will be tried in court on March 7. The next trial on April 3 will resolve the issue of whether the contract between the two parties has been legally terminated or not.
Meanwhile, NJZ revealed that they will release a new music product on March 23, when performing at the ComplexCon music event in Hong Kong (China).
