The entire system of machinery and equipment, production lines, and operating procedures are invested and installed in the direction of automation, integrating modern technology, meeting international and Vietnamese standards on food safety and hygiene and environment. The new Acecook Vinh Long factory can meet the demand for a variety of ready-to-eat products such as noodles, vermicelli, pho, vermicelli soup, hu tieu,... This is Acecook's largest factory in Vietnam, playing a strategic role in expanding production capacity, enhancing supply capacity and optimizing product distribution systems and sustainable development. To date, Acecook Vietnam Company owns 14 factories nationwide, forming a widespread and synchronous production network from North to South.
Commitment to a sustainable future
The new Acecook Vinh Long factory is built according to the "green factory" model, through the integration of energy-saving and environmental impact reduction solutions. At the factory, a biomass boiler is installed using biomass fuel, with a capacity of 30 tons/hour, compared to a coal-fired boiler with the same capacity, it will reduce about 75,000 tons of CO2/year. At the new office building, the lobby area is designed with environmentally friendly materials. The floor tiles are produced from recycled materials, while wallpaper uses materials from recycled rice husks. The selection of these materials reflects the sustainable development orientation of Vinh Long factory - a place that produces products with the main source of raw materials from rice, while contributing to spreading the message of using environmentally friendly and responsible materials. In addition, the production space is also harmoniously planned with green spaces within the factory premises, and smart management solutions are applied to optimize resource use and improve the operational efficiency of the entire factory... In the near future, the factory is expected to install an additional solar power system to help reduce emissions by about 4,700 tons of CO2/year. This is also the foundation for businesses to "open the way to the future" - towards a modern, green and smart production model, in line with Acecook Vietnam's long-term sustainable development strategy.

The new Acecook Vinh Long factory is expected to create more than 3,000 job opportunities for local workers, contributing an average of 180 billion VND/year to the State budget, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and the supply chain of raw materials, logistics services and supporting industries, creating a positive spillover effect throughout the region.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Kaneda Hiroki - General Director of Acecook Vietnam shared: "The inauguration of the new Vinh Long Acecook Factory is a clear demonstration of our long-term vision and serious investment commitment in Vietnam. The highlight of the factory is not only in its scale, but also in its sustainable development orientation, because we believe that: the development of the business must go hand in hand with responsibility to society and the environment. In addition, this project will create thousands of job opportunities, contribute to improving income and skills for local workers and make positive contributions to the socio-economic development of Vinh Long province and the Mekong Delta region.
