On September 16, 2026, BECAMEX TOKYU Co., Ltd. held the "Hikari Elevating Experience with Two Major Brands" ceremony, marking the entry of two brands AEON BETA and Kappa Sushi into Hikari Trade Zone. The appearance of the two partners contributes to expanding the service ecosystem at Hikari, and at the same time adds more entertainment, recreation and culinary options for residents in Binh Duong New City (Binh Duong ward).
AEON BETA Hikari cinema will be the first cinema complex in Binh Duong New City. This is also AEON BETA's fifth cinema complex in Vietnam, developed according to the main idea "Gather-Ring" - aiming for a space for people to meet and share experiences through cinema.
The cinema complex includes 4 screening rooms with a total of 476 seats, expected to bring a variety of film genres, from Japanese films, Anime to Hollywood works and many other contents. AEON BETA Hikari is expected to open in December 2026.
Meanwhile, Kappa Sushi chose Hikari as the first location in Vietnam. As a sushi brand originating from Japan, Kappa Sushi Hikari is designed in a modern Japanese style, with a system of bars, dining tables and private rooms. The restaurant has an area of nearly 300m2, with a capacity of up to more than 100 guests, serving sushi, tempura (fried dishes), Japanese hotpot and some direct culinary experiences at the restaurant such as tempura cooking performances or fish cutting performances.
The presence of the two new brands is part of the formation and completion process of TOKYU Garden City, an urban area implemented by BECAMEX TOKYU in Binh Duong New City since 2012. After nearly 15 years, from the initial residential areas and living spaces, TOKYU Garden City has gradually formed an urban ecosystem with increasingly diverse fields of commerce, services and amenities.
