CIC announces headquarters relocation

The National Credit Information Center of Vietnam (CIC) informs customers and partners about moving its headquarters to a new address, starting from December 30, 2024.

Information about head office address

- Old address: No. 10 Quang Trung, Quang Trung ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi city.

- New address: No. 45 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hang Bai ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi city.

Contact phone number information

No change (call center number 1800585891 and phone numbers of departments and branches in Ho Chi Minh City).

Note

During the relocation, CIC's call center will still support customers and partners during office hours (8:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday).
