The conference was attended by representatives of leaders of units under the SBV, the CIC Board of Directors and a large number of officials and civil servants of the entire agency.

Speaking at the opening and presenting the report at the Conference, Comrade Tran Trung Dung - Acting General Director of CIC said that in the first 6 months of 2025, CIC has made efforts to synchronously deploy many solutions, closely following the direction of the Governor of the State Bank, achieving many positive results in all aspects of work. Specifically:
- Completing the legal and institutional framework: CIC has advised on the issuance of Decision 1457/QD-NHNN amending Decision 573 on the credit information indicator system; reviewing and studying the impact of the Data Law and the Personal Data Protection Law to promptly make appropriate operational adjustments.
- Expanding the TTTD database: By June 30, 2025, CIC has collected data according to the provisions of Circular 15 of 118/125 credit institutions (CIs), accounting for 94.4% (the remaining number includes CIs that are under special control, or subject to mandatory transfer). In addition, CIC has collected 1,151/1,159 People's Credit Funds, 4 microfinance institutions and 40% of voluntary organizations that have reported according to the new Circular (residing units in the negotiation and re-signing phase of contracts).
- Strengthening data connection: CIC continues to coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to implement Project 06, completing the authentication of identification information to a match rate of 84%. CIC also promotes data connection with units such as the Tax Department and Mobifone to enrich the national credit data warehouse.
- Ensure safe and stable operation: CIC's information technology infrastructure (IT) is maintained safely and stably with a total main server system capacity of 320TB and a backup environment of 200TB. CIC promotes security measures to ensure the safety of national credit information.
- Providing information to serve the State Bank: In the first 6 months of the year, CIC has closely coordinated with units of Departments, Departments, and State Banks in the area to reissue credit data mining accounts, promptly providing over 45,000 detailed credit reports, an increase of 108% over the same period last year. The number of system visits by SBV units reached over 15,000, an increase of 56% over the same period. CIC also provided information to more than 1,230 customers at the request of State management agencies, an increase of 13.4% over the same period in 2024.
- Developing products and services: CIC provides more than 55.8 million credit reports, an increase of 32.2% over the same period in 2024. All product groups have a positive growth rate of 10% to approximately 60% compared to the same period in 2024. The borrower connection portal recorded nearly 220,000 loan application registrations, serving more than 650,000 borrowers, an increase of more than 37% over the same period last year. In addition, CIC has reviewed the TTTD product and service system, stopped providing ineffective products; launched a new product "immediate basic credit relationship information, B11T product code" for individual customers, to support TCTDs to be able to exploit general and basic information quickly, with a supply time of less than 0.3s to meet the needs of online loan appraisal, small value.
- Regarding Party and mass organizations: CIC successfully organized the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term and was highly appreciated by the Party Committee of the Central Agencies. The grassroots trade union was consolidated and operated stably after being transferred to the Vietnam Banking Industry Trade Union. CIC has launched the emulation movement in 2025 of the National Credit Information Center of Vietnam to contribute to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of socio-economic development in general and the banking sector in particular; 100% of employees participated in giving comments on building the Constitution and clearly grasping the important policies of the Party. In addition, CIC also implemented many meaningful women's activities and effectively participated in social security work, contributing to the overall development of the banking industry and the community.
In the last 6 months of the year, CIC has identified the focus as completing the software of Circular 15, phase 2, continuing to expand data connections, promote key IT projects, perfect new products and services, while strengthening international cooperation, training human resources, improving customer service capacity, contributing to the successful implementation of the 2025 tasks and development goals of the banking industry.

At the Conference, Comrade Le Anh Tuan - Deputy General Director, Chairman of CIC Trade Union - presented a summary report on the emulation and reward movement for the period 2020 - 2025, recognizing the efforts and outstanding achievements of outstanding collectives and individuals. The conference also heard presentations from advanced models, shared experiences, good practices, contributing to spreading the spirit of emulation throughout the agency.

Speaking at the Conference, the Chairman of the Board of Directors praised the results achieved by CIC in the first 6 months of 2025, and emphasized a number of key tasks in the coming time, in which special attention was paid to accelerating the progress of information technology projects, continuing to improve service quality and enhancing communication and customer support.

The conference announced the Decisions to award the "For the cause of Vietnam Banking" Medal to individuals who have made many contributions to the banking industry, and at the same time awarded forms of commendation to typical advanced collectives and individuals in the period of 2020 - 2025.
The conference ended in a spirit of solidarity and excitement, demonstrating the high determination of all CIC staff, civil servants and employees in successfully completing the tasks of the last 6 months of 2025, contributing to the successful implementation of the development goals of the Vietnam Banking industry.
