1. What are the prices at which units are allowed to exploit credit information services?
The National Credit Information Center of Vietnam (CIC) publicly announced its pricing policy for products and services provided by CIC to subjects who are exploited and reported on the website https://cic.org.vn ( news section). Users can proactively access CIC's website to update the latest product and service price policy currently applied.
Accordingly, CIC continues to maintain preferential policies for People's Credit Fund, microfinance institutions that share information (including microfinance programs and projects licensed by competent authorities) and the Bank for Social Policies, Vietnam Cooperative Bank are 20% and 50% respectively of the corresponding product prices provided to credit institutions and foreign bank branches (FBSP).
For credit institutions honored as excellent units of the year will receive a 2% discount on the total amount of exploitation in the following year; credit institutions honored as typical units of the year will receive a corresponding 1% discount.
In addition, CIC does not collect money for products without information.
2. If the unit exploits CIC's products and services in large quantities, will the unit enjoy any discount or discount?
CIC has a discount policy for units that ask for information in large quantities/ Frequency many times. Specifically, CIC is currently applying a staged selling price policy for credit institutions that look up large quantities monthly or exploit large quantities of product news on request. In addition, CIC applies discount coefficients for model building data packages.
In particular, from July 1, 2025, CIC will offer a number of product packages with preferential fees, including: Immediate Basic Personal Credit Relationship Information Product Package (B11T), personal credit relationship details package (S11A) and individual customer instant credit relationship details package (S11T).
3. When the user signs a contract and requests to provide users, does the user have to pay any fees related to contract and account maintenance fees?
The user unit does not have to pay any fees related to maintaining the contract and managing the account. CIC only collects fees for reports with TTTDs successfully provided by CIC to the unit.
4. Is there a fee for participating in the Information Portal to connect borrowers?
borrowers only have to pay fees for exploiting their TTTD reports from the second successful exploitation of the year. Specifically, from the second exploitation of the year, individual borrowers pay a fee of VND 20,000/report, legal borrowers pay a fee of VND 50,000/corporate credit information report (excluding VAT).
Or, customers can choose to register for a service package that suits their needs.
Using other functions on the Loan Customer Connection Portal (including Transaction Account Registration, Update Information Changes, Registration of Credit Needs) does not incur any fees for borrowers.
