
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Cao Van Binh - Chairman of the Management Council cum General Director of CIC, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Trieu Manh Tung, Deputy Director of A05, Mr. Le Hoang Chinh Quang - Director of the Department of Information Technology, State Bank of Vietnam, along with representatives of some CI leaders and officials of the two units.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Cao Van Binh - Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of CIC said that in the context of strong digital transformation, data and information technology have become the core infrastructure of the economy, especially in the financial - banking sector. However, this is also an area with many potential risks as cyber attacks and high-tech crime are increasing.

Also at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Trieu Manh Tung, Deputy Director of A05 also emphasized: the credit information system plays an important role in the safety and transparency of the financial - banking system. CIC is currently managing a national credit information database with a scale of over 55 million customer records, which has a direct impact on the stability of the financial - banking system. Therefore, ensuring security and safety of the system and credit information data is an important and urgent task in national security protection and high-tech crime prevention.

A05 representative affirmed that they will accompany CIC in improving network security capacity, strengthening early warning, identifying and effectively responding to risks, thereby contributing to protecting the safety of national credit information data and maintaining the stability of the financial - banking system.
The signing of this cooperation program is considered an important step to enhance cooperation between the two units, towards the goal of protecting the safety of the information technology system and the national credit information database.

According to the signed content, the two sides will strengthen coordination in ensuring network security; preventing, detecting and handling violations of the law using high technology; and at the same time improving the efficiency of information exchange and technical support in the system operation process.
CIC leaders affirmed that they will closely coordinate with A05 to effectively implement the program, contributing to strengthening security and safety of national credit data, thereby supporting the stable development of the financial - banking system in the context of digitalization.
