Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), there were Mr. Le Hoang Chinh Quang - Director of the Department of Information Technology, SBV; Mr. Cao Van Binh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of CIC, Mr. Tran Trung Dung - General Director of CIC; on the side of MB, there were Mr. Pham Nhu Anh - Acting General Director, Mr. Vu Thanh Trung - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, along with representatives of the Board of General Directors and key officials of both sides.

Speaking at the program, Mr. Cao Van Binh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of CIC said "The strong development of the digital economy and digital finance in Vietnam in recent times, along with the expansion of direct credit information services (TTTD) to people - has become one of CIC's strategic orientations to implement urgent solutions on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, while enhancing and improving the effectiveness of social policy credit in the new period". In the context of the banking industry expanding credit information activities and deploying many new technology solutions, the cooperation between CIC and MB will help both sides promote their strengths, proactively exploit and share data, support each other in research, training and technology application.
The comprehensive cooperation between CIC and MB will bring many practical benefits to customers using financial products and services in Vietnam. With the resources and strengths of each side, CIC and MB are committed to the goals of (i) Developing ITD services, value-added services and other related services in the digital environment; (ii) Excavating data, improving the quality of databases to serve ITD activities; (iii) Technical training to improve qualifications, capacity and experience in the field of information technology and data science for the personnel of the parties and (iv) Supporting the implementation and sharing of experience in the field of information security and information security.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Nhu Anh - General Director of MB shared that MB and CIC have started cooperation since 2004, when signing the first cooperation contract. Over the past 21 years, the two sides have jointly implemented many data mining projects to build models, review credit, develop products as well as analyze business to support customers to access credit effectively. He further emphasized the important role of CIC, as a strategic data center, not only for MB but also for the entire banking and finance industry.
In addition, as a pioneer in linking and implementing TTTD lookup provided by CIC on the banking application itself, more than 33 million users using the service on the MB mobile platform can now directly look up and check their TTTD, credit score, with just a seamless, quick, safe and effective touch. Thereby, helping to raise awareness of finance and personal credit management, thereby promoting the transparency and accuracy of the database on credit information activities, promoting comprehensive finance - which is an important goal that the Government and the State Bank always aim for.
In the context of data becoming a new source of production of the digital economy, the connection, sharing and effective exploitation of credit information between CIC and MB will contribute to improving service quality, expanding credit access, and at the same time, must be associated with ensuring information security and safety Mr. Le Hoang Chinh Quang - Director of the Department of Information Technology spoke at the signing ceremony. The representative of the SBV also expressed his hope that the cooperation between CIC and MB will bring many practical values to customers, actively contribute to the process of promoting digital transformation of the banking industry, improve risk management efficiency and strengthen people's trust in the Vietnamese financial system.
