The event took place on July 1 in Hanoi, in the context of Vietnam promoting the development of modern transport infrastructure. In particular, the high-speed railway system is considered an important pillar in the regional connection strategy, reducing the load on road and air traffic. It is forecasted that the North-South high-speed railway line alone will need about 20,000 qualified workers, while the current human resources are still very limited in both quantity and quality.

In response to that requirement, Deo Ca Group has proactively proposed a cooperation model for human resource training in a methodical, practical and international manner. Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy - General Director of Deo Ca Group affirmed: "We have had very thorough exchanges and high consensus. Deo Ca is committed to accompanying the two schools, not only connecting but also being a unit that "comments" and uses human resources after training, ensuring outputs for students and practical efficiency for the program.
Sharing at the conference, Mr. Duong The Anh - Party Committee Secretary, Principal of CCT1 shared that with 57 years of construction and development, the school always clearly defines the mission of training high-quality human resources to serve the transportation industry. In response to the urgent requirements of major projects such as the North-South high-speed railway, cooperation with leading partners such as Deo Ca Group and Quang Chau Railway College of Industry is considered a strategic and breakthrough step.

From an international perspective, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Guangzhou Railway Vocational College - Mr. Wang Sieu said: "Our school is the leading railway training unit in southern China, contributing human resources to tens of thousands of kilometers of high-speed railways. We recognize great potential in Vietnam and are honored to join hands, share experiences and technology to contribute to your development.
At the conference, the three sides agreed to implement a cooperation program in three phases. In the first phase, implemented in 2025, Quang Chau Railway Vocational College will transfer short-term training programs, coordinate teaching and grant certificates to engineers and technical staff working at Deo Ca Group and affiliated units. The first courses are expected to open in August and September.
The next phase focuses on in-depth development. CCT1 will open new industry codes related to railways and high-speed railways, with comprehensive support from China in transferring programs, professional documents, training equipment and lecturer training.
The third phase aims to link international degree training. This model will allow students to transfer between the two schools, opening up open career opportunities, not only meeting the human resource requirements of Deo Ca Group but also serving the human resource development strategy of the domestic and regional transportation industry.

At the end of the working session, the three sides agreed to continue to closely coordinate to implement the contents discussed in accordance with the roadmap, ensuring practicality and effectiveness. The spirit of "talk goes hand in hand" was established as a consistent principle, creating a foundation for long-term cooperation, contributing to training a strong and professional human resource, meeting the increasingly high requirements of the transportation industry in the new development stage.
Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic was established in 1975 (formerly known as Quangzhou Railway Mechanical Workers' School), officially became a Vocational College in 2000. The school has trained nearly 8,000 full-time students with 35 majors, including electrification, automated manufacturing, signal control and train operation, etc.
