Deo Ca recruits 900 employees in 2025

In 2025, more than 1,400 job opportunities at Deo Ca Group will be created for employees to meet the expected increase in workload of more than 46% compared to 2024. Known as a private corporation that " Says NO to unpaid wages or salary reductions", Deo Ca has had a high-quality, enthusiastic, dedicated and ready-to- share with businesses.

Focus on human development

After nearly 40 years of establishment and development, Deo Ca Group is now the leading private unit in the field of transport infrastructure in Vietnam.

In 2024 alone, the Group has recruited 2,161 additional workers to serve a series of large projects: Quang Ngai - Hoai Nhon, Dong Dang - Tra Linh, Huu Nghi - Chi Lang, Chi Thanh - Van Phong, Long Thanh Airport... along with many other large and small projects. In addition, training is also a highlight of the business.

Deo Ca has cooperated with many training units to serve the training and human resource supply. Thousands of students in these units promise to be a high-quality human resource for Deo Ca and the domestic transportation industry.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy - General Director of Deo Ca Group said that the training and fostering of the Group's existing team of more than 8,000 employees is being implemented regularly and continuously with the spirit of "learning is to do the job, saying no to performance reports".

"We promote training for skilled workers, in-class engineers and managers right at training centers for practical work on site".

The fact that the enterprise grants targets to all senior leaders and dozens of key personnel participating in postgraduate training (Master, PhD) - as in Deo Ca - can be said to be a pioneer in a private enterprise in Vietnam.

To keep up with the trend, from the beginning of 2024 to now, Deo Ca Group has cooperated with Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport (UTH) to organize 2 specialized training courses on high-speed railway and urban rail for more than 200 trainees who are employees, engineers of the Group and partners.

More than 1,400 new job opportunities

In the coming period, with a lot of room for development in the Vietnamese transport infrastructure industry and new tasks that Deo Ca Group continues to be entrusted to by the Party, State and people, the workload is expected to increase by 46% compared to 2024.

To meet the huge workload from investment, construction to project management and operation, in addition to increasing the application of digital technology and optimizing operating processes, recruitment and training, improving human resources in both quality and quantity is one of the key tasks of Deo Ca Group in 2025.

This enterprise plans to recruit about 1,400 more workers in 2025 in all office and project blocks from North to South, especially in the fields of construction engineering, information technology, project management, etc.
