Revenue in May 2026 reached 16,914 billion VND
According to information from Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Holding Corporation Limited (TKV), in May 2026, units throughout the Group strictly complied with operating discipline in production organization, continuing to promote production and business activities (SXKD) at a high level compared to the average of the whole year.
Thanks to that, in May 2026, the Group basically completed the planned targets and key targets. In which: Raw coal production is expected to reach 3.13 million tons; equal to 101.9% of the monthly plan; accumulated for the first 5 months of the year is estimated at 16.29 million tons. Clean coal production is estimated at 3.2 million tons; accumulated for the first 5 months of the year is estimated at 16.31 million tons. Coal consumption is estimated at 4.92 million tons; accumulated for the first 5 months is estimated at 22.17 million tons. Coal output for electricity delivery in the month is expected to reach 4.07 million tons; accumulated for the first 5 months of the year is estimated at 18.36 million tons.
Production and business activities of mineral units are basically stable, production output and consumption of main mineral products all meet the monthly operating plan. In which, Alumina production is expected to reach 122 thousand tons, accumulated 5 months is expected to reach 583.9 thousand tons. Alumina consumption reached 103.7 thousand tons, equal to 101.0% of the monthly plan; accumulated 5 months is expected to reach 524.6 thousand tons.
Explosives production reached 5,300 tons; accumulated for the first 5 months of the year is estimated at 30,359 tons. Explosives supply is expected to reach 8,000 tons; accumulated for the first 5 months of the year is estimated at 40,963 tons. Ammonium nitrate production in May reached 18,000 tons, accumulated for the first 5 months is estimated at 76,909 tons; Consumption 15,800 tons, accumulated for the first 5 months of the year is estimated at 81,179 tons.
In May 2026, the Group will continue to strictly implement solutions and measures for occupational safety and health to ensure regulations, and environmental work throughout TKV to ensure regulations and set goals, without environmental incidents.
TKV's production and business activities are basically stable, ensuring jobs and income for workers. The average salary is expected to reach 19.8 million VND/person/month; of which coal production is estimated to reach 21 million VND/person/month.
Consolidated revenue of the entire Group in May 2026 reached 16,914 billion VND; accumulated for the first 5 months of the year is estimated at 77,073 billion VND. State budget contribution in May reached 3,227 billion VND, accumulated for 5 months is estimated at 12,424 billion VND.
Consolidated revenue in June 2026 is expected to reach 16,513 billion VND
Recognizing the efforts and endeavors of employees and staff throughout the Group in May, General Director of TKV Group Vu Anh Tuan requested that in June 2026, professional departments and units should focus on drastically implementing tasks according to the Action Program set out, closely following the direction of the Member Council and Group leaders;
It is necessary to tighten management and administration based on specific targets and data; especially prioritizing safety, ensuring absolute safety for workers in all production activities. At the same time, specialized departments and units proactively coordinate and closely follow ministries and functional sectors to accelerate the progress of completing procedures related to mineral exploitation and exploration licenses.
Along with the task of production and business, General Director Vu Anh Tuan requested to focus on paying attention to difficult units to handle existing problems and obstacles; pay attention to recruiting workers, paying attention to caring for life, ensuring jobs and income for workers.
According to the plan, in June 2026, the Group aims to produce 3.13 million tons of crude coal. Clean coal production totals 3.3 million tons. Plan to consume 5.02 million tons of coal, coal supplied for electricity production is planned to reach 4.13 million tons. Production of 127 thousand tons of Alumina; expected consumption of 115.1 thousand tons. Production of 11.85 thousand tons of copper concentrate; consumption of 2.8 thousand tons. Production of zinc ingots 1.04 thousand tons; consumption of 870 tons.
It is expected to produce 2.01 thousand tons of copper plates; consume 1.7 thousand tons. Produce 5.0 thousand tons of steel billets, consume 17.0 thousand tons. Plan to produce 950 million kWh; produce 5.8 thousand tons of explosives, supply 9.0 thousand tons. Produce 18.0 thousand tons of ammonium nitrate; consume 15.5 thousand tons.
With the above plan, consolidated revenue of the entire Group in June 2026 is expected to reach 16,513 billion VND.
