At the 3rd Executive Committee Conference of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV) for the 2025-2030 term on December 4, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group Khuat Manh Thang presented a summary report on the important contents of the conference. In the spirit of democracy, responsibility and innovation, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee agreed to submit to the Party Committee 8 key contents to perfect the organization, building of the Party and the production and business plan (SXKD) of the Group.
The conference discussed the draft: Report on the results of work in 2025 and the direction of key tasks in 2026 of the Group Party Committee, creating momentum for the development of TKV Group in 2026 and the entire term; Report on the results of implementing targets of Resolution No. 212-NQ/DU, dated December 16, 2024; Work program for 2026 and Work program for inspection and supervision in 2026 of the Standing Committee, Party Committee of the Group; report on the summary of thematic Resolutions (Resolution No. 05-NQ/DU and Resolution No. 23-NQ/DU); Resolution on strengthening leadership and direction in implementing the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity for the term 2025-2030, orientation to 2035; Business coordination plan for the Group's business years 2026 (TKV/TKV dated November 26, 2025).
Deputy Party Secretary and General Director of the Group Vu Anh Tuan affirmed that 2025 is a special year for TKV; highly appreciated the strong leadership and direction of the Group Party Committee, the decisions made in the past time were correct and have brought practical results.
Regarding the orientation in the coming time, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the Group suggested continuing to strictly comply with the Government's direction in production and business; especially it is necessary to study and apply the "6 clear" spirit of the Prime Minister to management practices.
Speaking at the conference, Member of the Government Party Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ngo Hoang Ngan Group acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity and outstanding efforts of the entire Party Committee in the past time.
He affirmed that the consensus and solidarity of the entire political system have contributed significantly to helping the Group to be strong in the face of many challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to arouse and strongly promote the tradition of "discipline and Unity" of TKV miners in performing the assigned tasks.
He suggested that the entire Party Committee promote emulation movements for production labor, make achievements to celebrate important political events of the country and the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries; especially focus resources and emulation positions towards the 90th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Mining Workers - Traditional Day of the Coal Industry (November 12, 1930 - November 12, 2026).
Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of TKV Group Ngo Hoang Ngan directed units to continue to pay attention to and take good care of workers. In the coming Lunar New Year, special attention and practical support is needed for the workforce in difficult circumstances and policy families, ensuring that all workers have a warm and prosperous Tet.
Regarding the task of production and business, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group requested to continue to carefully review plans, especially in the field of coal trading, investment work, restructuring work, noting that all activities must be carried out in a spirit of strict compliance with legal regulations.
