EVNHCMC ensures electricity for the 2025 high school entrance exam and graduation exam

Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (EVNHCMC) has just issued a document directing member units to ensure electricity supply in the 2025 entrance and graduation exams.

Accordingly, based on the time frame for the preparation plan, organization of enrollment for first-level classes and high school graduation exams in 2025 of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, the Corporation has made a plan to ensure safe operation of the power system, stable and reliable power supply for service throughout the event.

Specifically, EVNHCMC assigned its affiliated units to proactively work with local authorities and educational institutions to grasp information, update the time, location of exam questions, exam scores, and exam scores for entrance exams and graduation in 2025.

At the same time, organize a general inspection and comprehensive review of the power supply system at the exam locations; make an inspection record with confirmation from the power user. Therefore, it is recommended that if the internal power system does not ensure safety and stability; agree on a plan for on-duty and operation with schools/units organizing the exam before, during and after the exam.

EVNHCMC also requires affiliated power companies to make a list of those with primary responsibilities, on-duty teams, contact phone numbers and agree on communication methods, coordinate with relevant units. Depending on actual requirements, arrange forces, means and equipment to respond at the exam location (if necessary), ensuring timely handling when situations arise.

The Power Companies closely coordinate with the Power System Control Center, the High Voltage Grid Company and the Power Experience Company to ensure priority power retention during the 2025 entrance and graduation exams, to agree on priority power retention plans in the competition areas, EVNHCMC leaders directed.

During the exam, relevant units must strictly comply with the 24/24 hour on-duty regime, ensure a smooth communication system, arrange adequate supplies, spare equipment, specialized equipment and technical forces to handle incidents (if any) during the exam.
