In August 2025, the Hanoi People's Committee approved the joint venture of investors Saigon - Bac Giang Industrial Park Joint Stock Company and Evergreen Bac Giang Sustainable Development Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the Tien Duong 2 social housing project in Phuc Thinh commune, (formerly belonging to Dong Anh district).
The project has a scale of 39.49 ha, of which phase 1 has a total investment of nearly 3,000 billion VND. After completion, the project will supply 2,075 quality social housing units to the market, solving the problem of stable housing for about 8,300 residents.
Located right on Vo Nguyen Giap street in the Nhat Tan - Noi Bai urban corridor, Tien Duong 2 has the advantage of connecting a prominent region when located in the new dynamic development center of the Capital.
From the project, residents only need about 8 minutes to get to the center of Hanoi through Nhat Tan bridge, 15 minutes to Noi Bai International Airport, and conveniently connect with neighboring areas through the Dong Tru bridge and Tu Lien bridge network (planned).
