6,000 billion VND package to support women's startups and business re-production
HDBank allocates 6,000 billion VND with preferential interest rates from 5% for the "Women Start-up and Overcome Difficulties to Success" program in Dak Lak, Gia Lai and Khanh Hoa (2,000 billion VND each province). This credit package aims to create more opportunities for women to boldly start businesses, expand or restore production and business activities, and gradually stabilize livelihoods for their families after natural disasters.
Unsecured loan package of 6,000 billion VND to support business households to soon stabilize operations
At the same time, HDBank continues to implement a 6,000 billion VND unsecured credit package for individual customers and micro-enterprises in Dak Lak, Gia Lai and Khanh Hoa affected by floods.
Business households can borrow up to 300 million VND/household, without collateral, fast approval process, timely capital supplementation to import goods, repair business establishments and restore the supply chain in the locality.
This capital source is becoming a financial support at the right time, helping many business households gradually restore operations, recover income and contribute to bringing the familiar rhythm of life and trading in affected areas back to normal soon.

Many exemption and reduction policies, supporting customers affected by natural disasters
In addition to new preferential credit packages, HDBank continues to apply interest rate exemption and reduction policies and restructure debt repayment terms for existing customers affected by storms and floods, in accordance with the regulations of the State Bank.

The 12,000 billion VND credit package and these support solutions are a continuation of the activities that HDBank has urgently implemented in 3 localities immediately after the storm and flood at the end of 2025.

After the historic floods in 2025 caused heavy damage in Dak Lak, Gia Lai and Khanh Hoa, HDBank soon implemented many practical support programs at the beginning of December 2025. In parallel, immediately after the flood, HDBank's delegation directly visited, encouraged and presented more than 10 billion VND in support to households in heavily damaged areas in Dak Lak (formerly Phu Yen) and Khanh Hoa. HDBank's Trade Union also promptly supported affected officials and employees, with levels from 3 - 10 million VND/person.
