The Pasteur Institute of Ho Chi Minh City, established in 1891 and under the Ministry of Health, is one of the leading facilities in preventive medicine, microbiological research, vaccination, diagnosis and testing.
With the scale and reputation of the Institute, the implementation of the Smart Medical Kiosk here brings many practical advantages to people: reducing the burden on the Institute, helping patients save time and effort in the process of medical examination and treatment. With only 1-2 minutes of operation, people can complete the process from registering for examination to paying, limit waiting and help the Institute operate more effectively.
In phase 1, the Pasteur Institute of Ho Chi Minh City and HDBank put into operation a smart healthcare reception system serving registration for testing, vaccination and general examination through the Self-service Kiosk system and mobile application.
In the following stages, many subsystems will be synchronously deployed: test result management system; vaccination and general examination with online lookup; water and food testing management system; training management system; and IOC for the Board of Directors to comprehensively monitor the Institute's activities. These subsystems are expected to be expanded from the fourth quarter of 2025.

Cooperating with HDBank to deploy a Smart Medical Kiosk is a strategic step, helping us add more modern tools to continue optimizing the reception, registration and payment process, reducing the burden on hospitals, while helping people save time and effort, thereby having better experiences in the medical examination and treatment process".
MEDIPAY Smart Medical Kiosk is an initiative pioneered by HDBank since 2024, in coordination with the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Health under Project 06 of the Government. To date, HDBank has completed the deployment of Kiosks in more than 200 hospitals nationwide and aims to complete 1001 Kiosks by the end of 2025.
The operation of Kiosk at Pasteur Institute continues to affirm HDBank's pioneering role in accompanying the preventive medicine industry, while realizing a comprehensive financial - community finance strategy, bringing financial services and digital utilities closer to life, contributing to improving the quality of community health care.
