On July 19, Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation - JSC (KBC) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Trade and Service Area Project (Lot TMDV-05) in Bac Song Cam Urban Area (Hai Phong Central Point) in Thuy Nguyen Ward, Hai Phong City.
Attending the ceremony were leaders of Hai Phong City: Le Van Hieu, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council; Vu Hong Hien, Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Nguyen Dinh Chuyen, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dang Thanh Tam - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation said that Hai Phong Central Point is deployed on a total area of over 47,411 m2, including 9 mixed-use apartment towers with a height of 25 to 40 floors, providing about 1,500 modernly designed luxury apartments, optimizing functionality.
In addition to the apartment block, the project also integrates a diverse utility system such as: exhibition - conference - seminar center, high-end hotel, rental office and shophouse area of bustling subdivision.
All together create a multi-functional complex, fully meeting the needs of housing - working - trading - enjoying a high-quality life for residents and investors.

After merging the province with Hai Duong from July 1, 2025, Hai Phong City will rise to the top 3 largest economic centers in Vietnam - after Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with GDP expected to exceed 658,000 billion VND.
The new administrative center of the city located in Thuy Nguyen ward is an iconic project, planned and designed in a modern way, but still maintains a harmonious intersection with the typical cultural identity of the port area.
