According to the investigation of Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation - JSC recently sent the following documents to Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee:
Official dispatch on preparing documents to request approval of investment policy, at the same time approving investors, introducing locations for Luong Tai 1 Industrial Park project.
And the official dispatch on implementing steps to introduce locations, make proposals, and approve investment policies to implement the Que Vo Industrial Park 2 expansion project.
Saigon - Bac Giang Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation) also sent an official dispatch to the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requesting to prepare a dossier requesting approval of the investment policy, at the same time approving the investor and introducing the location of the Luong Tai 2 Industrial Park project.
Also according to the reporter's investigation, regarding the above documents of Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation and its subsidiaries, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has assigned the Management Board of Bac Ninh Industrial Parks to preside over and coordinate with the Departments of Construction, Natural Resources and Environment, Planning and Investment, Finance and the People's Committee of Luong Tai district; the People's Committee of Que Vo town to consider the enterprise's request; at the same time, guide and implement steps to ensure the correct order and procedures according to regulations. Advise and propose a report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.

As the enterprise that initiated the model of developing Industrial Parks combined with Urban - Service Areas, Kinh Bac is currently the investor of 25 industrial parks in many provinces and cities across the country, stretching from North to South.
Bac Ninh currently has 16 concentrated industrial parks whose development planning has been approved by the Prime Minister, with a total area of 6,397.68 hectares; 12/16 industrial parks have been put into operation.
