For individuals
Step 1: Use your smartphone to download the iCIC/CIC Credit Connect (CICB) application or access the Borrower Connection Portal at https://cic.gov.vn.
- CIC recommends that customers download the app for faster account verification and approval.
- When registering an account, customers must fill in all fields in the registration form completely and correctly, provide front and back photos of their citizen identification card/ID card (CCCD/CMT) and a photo of their face holding the front of their CCCD/CMT.
- Customers should register with CCCD (ID number will be filled in the Other Documents section).
- Account approval results will be notified to the customer's phone/email.
Step 2: After the account is approved, customers log in on the app or website https://cic.gov.vn.
Step 3: Select “CIC Check - Bad Debt Check” on the application or “Report Mining” on the website; select the type of report you want to mine; authenticate the customer; select to buy a credit report.
Step 4: Payment (Customers only have to pay from the second lookup in a year) according to specific instructions on the application or website.
Step 5: Receive report.
For business
Step 1: Access the website https://cic.gov.vn, in the menu "Instructions" select "Digital signature software" to install and add the extension to the browser according to the instructions.
Step 2: Register an account with Digital Certificate, Business Registration Certificate (pdf file) and fill in all required information.
Step 3: In the "Report Mining" tab, select the report type according to your needs and fill in the information according to the instructions.
Step 4: Payment (from the second lookup of the year for the TTTD report) according to the instructions sent to the registered email and phone number.
Step 5: Receive report.
