Super cheap battery charging cost, only 10,000 VND per week
One of the factors that attracts users to switch to VinFast electric motorbikes is the extremely low cost of use. To fully charge the 3.5 kWh battery on VinFast electric motorbike models, customers only spend from 6,000 VND to more than 11,000 VND, according to current household electricity prices.

For households with low monthly electricity consumption, the actual cost of charging is even lower. “Because my family uses a lot of electricity, the electricity price is calculated up to level 5. If you use electricity at lower levels, you only spend about 6,000-7,000 VND per charge, an extremely economical cost compared to gasoline cars,” Mr. Phuc added.
Maintenance is simpler and less expensive than gasoline cars
In addition to gas, maintenance costs are also a factor that many customers are concerned about. With a scooter like the Honda Vision, users must have genuine maintenance every 6,000km with many items. Some details that must be checked regularly to ensure operation are engine oil, gearbox oil, clutch, belt, tires, brakes, air filter, spark plugs, etc. The cost for each maintenance can be up to millions of dong.
“Everything is surprisingly simple. When riding an electric bike, I don’t have to worry about changing oil or checking parts like spark plugs, air filters, etc. like my previous scooter. The maintenance fee is only a few hundred thousand VND a year, and there is no waiting time for maintenance,” said Ms. Ngoc Mai, a Feliz S owner in Hanoi.
In addition to the simple structure, the durability of VinFast electric vehicles is also a factor that helps car owners save costs as well as feel secure when using them. Mr. Nguyen Manh Thang (WhatcarVN), who owns a Vento S model, shared that after more than 10,000 km, he only needed to replace two brake pads for the car, the remaining parts still worked well, completely without any damage.

Buying VinFast electric motorbikes during this time, customers will get “double benefits” thanks to a series of attractive incentives. After the promotion, VinFast Feliz S is priced from 24 million VND, much lower than other scooters in the same segment such as Honda Vision, which is priced at around 31 million VND. The top model Theon S is priced from 60 million VND, 13 million VND cheaper than SH 125i, although Theon S is superior in terms of equipment and technology.
