MISA supports contractors to issue electronic invoices according to Decree 70

Thu Thủy |

MISA develops a set of electronic invoice solutions from cash registers to help contract households comply with Decree 70, easy to use, fully functional and cost-effective.

On March 22, 2025, the Government issued Decree No. 70/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 123/2020/ND-CP on invoices and documents. In particular, business households that pay taxes under a tax contract (contract) with an annual revenue of over 1 billion must use an electronic invoice generated from a computer before connecting to transfer electronic data to the tax authority, which is a noteworthy new point. Decree 70/2025/ND-CP takes effect from June 1, 2025. This not only helps make transactions transparent but also minimizes errors in tax management. However, for many contract businesses, deploying an electronic invoice issuance system may encounter many difficulties, especially for small businesses that are not technologically ready.

To accompany contracted households to meet the policies of the Government and tax authorities, MISA has developed a comprehensive solution for the implementation of electronic invoices from cash registers, fully meeting the requirements of 70/2025/ND-CP.
