MISA and BIDV cooperate to deploy integrated banking services on MISA sales management platform

On January 16, 2025, MISA Joint Stock Company (MISA) and Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development (BIDV) officially signed a cooperation agreement to deploy integrated banking services on the MISA sales management platform to bring convenient payment experience to users and optimize revenue management processes for businesses.

Through cooperation, MISA's sales solutions such as MISA eShop Multi-channel Sales Platform and MISA CukCuk Restaurant Management Software will be integrated with BIDV QR Account Collection Service. Accordingly, orders generated from stores and restaurants will be associated with a separate BIDV QR code and automatic debt clearing activities will be performed on MISA's sales management software at the time of transaction. This service will help store and restaurant owners quickly record revenues from customers, reduce manual checking, avoid errors and ensure transparency in financial management.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Le Hong Quang - General Director of MISA highly appreciated the partnership with BIDV and affirmed: "This is an important and meaningful milestone, aiming to bring breakthrough financial solutions in the retail and service sectors, helping to optimize user experience and solve the problem of revenue control for businesses. On the other hand, the combination between MISA and BIDV also contributes to expanding the utility ecosystem for businesses, helping units optimize costs, improve productivity and develop sustainably in the digital age".

Aiming to bring outstanding benefits to customers, Mr. Tran Long - Deputy General Director of BIDV affirmed: "Cooperation with MISA is a strategic step, helping BIDV expand its influence and continue to affirm its position as a pioneering and leading open bank in Vietnam".

Since 2020, MISA and BIDV have successfully cooperated to deploy many integrated services that have been highly appreciated by customers, including: BIDV tuition collection service integrated with MISA EMIS platform; BIDV iConnect service integrated with MISA AMIS, MISA SME accounting software; online lending service integrated on MISA Lending loan connection platform. The two sides' continued deployment of BIDV banking services integrated on MISA sales management platform is an important step in the strategic cooperation journey between the two units.

In the future, the two sides expect to continue researching and expanding the list of cooperation areas such as integrating MISA's e-invoice and digital signature solutions on BIDV's e-banking applications, exploiting the potential of applying MISA's digital signature solution to sign e-contracts between customers and BIDV in 2025.
