April 24, 2026 - Nam Long ADC Company - the unit providing solutions to develop affordable housing product lines EHome and social housing EHomeS of Nam Long Group has just signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Nishi-Nippon Railroad Group of Japan. This event promotes the development capacity of affordable housing product lines, affirming Nam Long's commitment to social security, and at the same time providing assurance of international standards in quality and project management.

According to the signed minutes, after completing the transaction, Nam Long will own 51% of shares and Nishi-Nippon Railroad will own 49% of shares of the joint venture company. Nishi-Nippon Railroad, in its role as a strategic shareholder, will actively participate in management and operation, taking advantage of strengths in design, operation and technology to optimize project efficiency and long-term value.
After officially cooperating, Nam Long ADC sets a target of expected 80% growth by 2030 and handing over more than 22,000 apartments by 2035. This roadmap aims to contribute to solving the problem of shortage of social housing and affordable housing supply in Vietnam, when current demand is up to 100,000 units/year but actual supply is still low. According to a report by the Ministry of Construction, in the first quarter of 2026, 4 projects were completed with a scale of less than 580 units.
