Prudential Vietnam (Prudential) continues to affirm its sustainable development orientation by prioritizing operations according to core values and building long-term trust with the community. In addition to business operations, Prudential actively implements social responsibility initiatives in localities to raise awareness, improve quality of life and support the community to contribute to building a healthier, safer and more solid Vietnam.
Three sustainable development pillars help businesses create long-term value
Prudential's sustainable development approach is shaped based on three key pillars. First, expand access to health and financial protection solutions for individuals and families, towards the goal of long-term companionship with Vietnamese people. Second, promote responsible investment, create sustainable value and support the transition to a sustainable economy. Third, improve operational efficiency and governance to ensure that businesses operate transparently, responsibly, comply with standards and strengthen the trust of stakeholders.
On that basis, Prudential identifies that community-oriented activities should not only stop at the scale or number of activities, but need to create a substantial, measurable impact that is consistent with long-term social priorities.
From emergency support to long-term companionship to help the community build a safer and more proactive life
In the period 2024–2025, Prudential Vietnam continues to realize its commitment to sustainable development into specific results through more than 28 billion VND of resources, supporting 99,326 people in many localities with systematically designed programs, focusing on four major priorities: financial education, health – climate, safety, and emergency support – recovery after natural disasters.
Community activities are implemented consistently: identifying core themes, maintaining a long-term roadmap and expanding cooperation to have an impact that can spread from individuals and families to the wider community. In which, the Cha-Ching program alone in the first 9 months of 2025 has reached 372 schools, equipping 60714 students with financial knowledge and training 2,067 teachers, creating a foundation for self-reliance for future generations. In addition, Prudential is always present in time when the community needs it, in 2025 alone, recovery support activities after natural disasters have been implemented in 17 provinces, with a total resource of nearly 5 billion VND, helping people stabilize soon after storms and floods.

These efforts are consistent with Prudential's three pillars of sustainable development: expanding access to health protection solutions – finance, responsible investment to create long-term value, and improving management efficiency – transparent operation.
On that basis, Prudential's CSR programs are oriented not only to stop at the scale or quantity of operations, but must create a substantial, measurable impact, and be consistent with long-term social priorities.
Steadfast in the long-term journey
Stepping into 2026, in addition to long-term programs and emergency response activities, Prudential Vietnam continues to strengthen strategic cooperative relationships to create a deeper and broader impact on children - a group prioritized by businesses in the journey of sustainable development. At the "Spring for Children" program organized by the Vietnam Children's Fund, Prudential announced a contribution of 3.5 billion VND for 2026. This year's support is expected to focus on two key areas: financial education and improving health-climate adaptation, aiming to equip children with a foundation of skills and comprehensive development conditions.
In addition, within the framework of community activities at the beginning of the year, representatives of Prudential Vietnam also coordinated with partners to give gifts to students in Gia Lai province on February 5, 2026, continuing to maintain the "coming with the community" approach - providing timely support to stabilize life in the short term, while investing in items that bring long-term recovery value and are suitable for the needs of each locality.

Sharing about the sustainable development orientation in the new period, Prudential Vietnam General Director, Mr. Kevin Kwon, emphasized: "We will continue to do meaningful things to affirm our commitment to building a strong, compassionate society, as well as Prudential Vietnam always dedicates its heart to accompanying people and communities across this country.

These commitments and results create a foundation for Prudential Vietnam to continue to realize its sustainable development priorities in the coming years, with the goal of contributing to a healthier, safer and more prosperous Vietnam.
