Symbolic utilities of the twin towers in front of the bay
The utility system at Prima Bay is built under the imprint of architect Massimo Mercurio and the Mercurio Design Lab team - the world's leading design studio, comprehensively accompanying from architecture, interior to landscape, bringing Italian style and Mediterranean inspiration throughout each layer of space.
Each tower at Prima Bay owns 2 separate reception halls, each hall is 500m2 wide with a ceiling height of 5m, opening up a hotel-style accommodation experience in a spacious space filled with natural light. The lounge area is directly connected to the xuyên không garden, creating a relaxing and private atmosphere for reception, meeting and relaxation activities of the Prima Bay community.
A special highlight is the air-crossing garden designed specifically for each tower, with a green area of up to 3,700m2 and an interior landscape lake of up to 270m2. In building P, the waterfall up to 16m high becomes a prominent visual highlight, blending with the water surface, natural light and green layers to create a vibrant resort oasis in the heart of the tower.
On the 5th floor of each tower, the water surface utility complex becomes the center of the resort with an infinity pool facing the bay with a scale of about 703m2 in building P and 450m2 in building M, next to a relaxing Jacuzzi and an outdoor gym area. Attracting young tourists is a colorful water playground with an area of more than 200m2 in each building, opening up an exciting space for movement and interaction.
On the top floor, the experience continues to expand with a walking garden, a pet play area, a yoga garden, a meditation garden, a BBQ area and a bay-facing observation deck. In particular, relaxing resting corners are arranged facing the musical lake, opening up the experience of enjoying the art of light and water with a privileged view from above.
Through the collection of iconic utilities, Mercurio Design Lab not only contributes to shaping the architectural identity of the twin towers in front of Prima Bay Bay, but also creates emotional touches and unique memories in each stay of residents and tourists.
