As one of the key medical facilities in the suburban areas of Hanoi, Phuc Tho District General Hospital receives thousands of patients every month for examination and treatment. According to the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in many areas, including communication - brand, application of technology in patient reception and implementation of financial - banking products and services suitable to the characteristics of the health sector. In particular, PVcomBank and the Hospital will coordinate to promote images, support service introduction to customers, promote the implementation of digital solutions at the Hospital as well as expand access to modern financial facilities for health workers and people.
Not stopping there, one of the focuses of this cooperation event is the implementation of non-cash payment solutions in the entire medical examination and treatment process at the Hospital.
PVcomBank will support the opening and operation of hospital fee payment accounts and advance payment accounts for patients, while actively guiding customers to access convenient electronic payment methods.
In addition, the Hospital will also cooperate in using appropriate products and services provided by PVcomBank, contributing to improving the efficiency of financial management. Income collection and payment services to support patients in paying arising costs will also be deployed synchronously, in order to increase financial efficiency in hospital management.
In particular, within the framework of the agreement, PVcomBank will sponsor the Hospital with a smart medical kiosk system and automatic patient reception software. Putting these tools into operation not only helps shorten the time for patients to complete procedures, but also supports the medical team in traffic flow and screening, thereby contributing to improving service quality and operational efficiency at the Hospital.
