Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park: Shaping a new-generation industrial city.
Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park is developed according to the new-generation industrial city model, with a scale of about 1,000 hectares in phase 1, with a total investment of nearly 10,500 billion VND. The project is located at the southern gateway of Long Thanh International Airport, possessing convenient connectivity with key traffic routes such as Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway, National Highway 51, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 and Cai Mep - Thi Vai deep-water seaport system.
The project is synchronously planned by Nippon Koei - a leading consulting and design group in Japan, with a smart operating center, integrating infrastructure, environmental and security monitoring throughout the area.
With many advantages in location and infrastructure, the industrial park aims to attract high-value specialized investors, participate deeply in the global supply chain, prioritize areas such as semiconductor equipment manufacturing, chips, electronic components, aviation support industry, precision mechanics, data centers and smart logistics, using clean energy and advanced technology.

In addition, the project also arranges space for the development of the Innovation Center, land funds to support small and medium enterprises, and vocational training schools to provide high-quality human resources. At the same time, a system of professional housing, worker accommodation, along with commercial - service centers, schools, medical facilities, multi-purpose sports areas and synchronous utilities are invested to form a modern working - living - studying ecosystem for high-quality labor forces.
The investor will also deploy comprehensive green energy solutions, including renewable energy projects in Dong Nai, rooftop solar power systems, energy storage batteries, charging stations and centralized cooling systems. Thereby providing clean energy and green credits for factories in industrial parks, contributing to reducing emissions, protecting the environment, towards the goal of net zero and developing green industry.
According to the plan, along with investment incentive mechanisms and policies of Dong Nai province, Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park aims to attract 15-20 billion USD of FDI capital in the period of 2026-2030, creating jobs for more than 50,000 workers, of which about 40% are highly qualified technical workers. The project is expected to complete the first subdivision infrastructure and be ready to hand over the site to secondary investors from the fourth quarter of 2026.
Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park: Driving force for high-tech industrial development in Long Thanh area
Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park is one of three large-scale industrial parks deployed by Dong Nai province, along with Long Duc 3 Industrial Park and Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park, to celebrate the country's important events, while promoting economic growth, high-tech development and logistics services in the Long Thanh International Airport area.

The project has a strategic location at the intersection between Dau Giay - Phan Thiet Expressway and Provincial Road 770B, directly connecting to Long Thanh Airport through Provincial Road 769E and Ring Road 4. This synchronous transportation system forms an important corridor connecting industrial parks, urban areas and production areas of Dong Nai province, facilitating the circulation of goods and quickly accessing domestic and international markets.

The industrial park is oriented to develop according to the new generation manufacturing and materials production model, focusing on in-depth development, prioritizing attracting industries with high added value, applying advanced technology and great reach such as new generation support industry, precision - electronic manufacturing, electric car manufacturing, batteries, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, logistics and industries associated with digital transformation.
When put into operation, Xuan Que - Song Nhan Industrial Park is expected to attract about 12.7 billion USD in foreign investment and create jobs for 80,000-90,000 local workers.
Speaking at the Launching Ceremony of Bau Can - Tan Hiep Industrial Park, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang - Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, said that the provincial leaders highly appreciated the efforts and sense of responsibility of KN Holdings Group in coordinating with local authorities to implement the project. The province commended the investor's proactiveness in completing legal procedures and preparing resources, and at the same time acknowledged the consensus and support of the local government and people.
The provincial leaders pledged to create favorable conditions and requested departments and branches to closely coordinate so that the project can be implemented on schedule, ensuring quality, complying with the law, towards forming a model and modern industrial park, contributing positively to the development of Dong Nai province.
