The solemn session of the Congress took place on December 21 with the spirit of action "Aspiration to serve - Pioneering innovation - Breakthrough in innovation in building the health sector to develop in the era of growth".
Attending the Congress were Ms. Dao Hong Lan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Health; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Commission; Mr. Bui Quang Huy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union; representatives of departments, ministries, branches, unions and nearly 500 official delegates.

With the spirit of action "Aspiration to serve - Pioneering innovation - Breakthrough in creativity to build the health sector for development in the era of growth", for the 2025-2030 term, the Congress established 3 basic groups of targets: volunteer activities for the community; training and scientific research activities; developing associations.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Bui Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union highly appreciated the results achieved by the Vietnam Young Physicians Association in the 2020 - 2025 term.
Mr. Bui Quang Huy suggested that the Vietnam Young Physicians Association should continue to effectively implement the program to accompany health care in border areas and islands, contributing to national health security; focusing on supporting digital transformation equipment for grassroots health care nationwide; participating in building digital data centers on public health and members to modernize the health system and bring medical knowledge closer to the people.
In addition, the Vietnam Young Physicians Association has increased the improvement of medical ethics, expertise and expanded global connectivity; promoted scientific research, training, striving to deploy applied scientific research topics, published in international newspapers...
In particular, the Association must be a solid support, a voice to protect the legitimate rights of young health care workers, timely recommendations to the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front, the health sector, Youth Union, Association and issues related to treatment regimes, income and worthy recognition for the contributions of the Young Physicians...
At the Congress, the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Young Physicians Association, term V, 2025-2030, was introduced with 89 members. At the first meeting of the Central Executive Committee of the Association, delegates unanimously elected 30 members of the Central Executive Committee of the Association, elected 9 Vice Presidents, 1 General Secretary and Chairman of the V Conference, term 2025-2030.
Dr. Ha Anh Duc - Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment, Ministry of Health, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Physicians Association, course IV continues to be trusted and re-elected as Chairman of the Vietnam Young Physicians Association, course V.
