Visiting the Hanoi Venerable's Court on the occasion of Christmas 2025, on behalf of the leaders of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai sent her best wishes to the General Director of the Hanoi Diocese, Vice President of the Vietnam Presidium of priests Vu Van Thien, priests, monks, and all members of the Hanoi City's catholic community to welcome a warm and peaceful Christmas season.
Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai said that the Vietnam Fatherland Front always acknowledges and highly appreciates the active support of the Hanoi General Confederation of Labor in mobilizing Catholics to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and actively participate in campaigns and emulation movements launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front. In particular, General Director Vu Van Thien encouraged priests, teachers, and Catholics in Hanoi Parish to enthusiastically compete, work and produce, join hands to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas, participate in environmental protection, and respond to climate change.
Emphasizing that 2026 is the year of many important political events of the country such as the 14th National Party Congress, the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels for the new term, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai hopes that General Director Vu Van Thien and priests will actively encourage parishioners and believers in the Hanoi Diocese to comply and participate in the exciting election at the right time, thereby making a wise choice of outstanding people, representing the will and aspirations of the people as well as expressing the voice of the Catholic people.
Visiting the Vietnam Committee for Catholic Solidarity, on behalf of the leaders of the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai sent to Father Tran Xuan Manh, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Committee for Catholic Solidarity and the Standing Committee and the Central Presidium of the Vietnam Committee for the warmest, most warm and best wishes.
Emphasizing that Christmas is a sacred and solemn holiday for Catholics, bringing love, hope and peace to everyone, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai hopes that the Vietnam Committee for Catholic Solidarity will continue to affirm its important role in acting as a bridge between the Party, State and Church; strengthen the gathering and solidarity of Catholics across the country to live Phuc in the hearts of the nation, accompany the country, and be attached to the Fatherland and the people.
According to Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, the Vietnam Fatherland Front respectfully acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of the Vietnam Committee for Catholic Solidarity in promoting the patriotic emulation movement among Catholics to develop widely in all fields, actively contributing with Party committees, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations to join hands in developing production, caring for the poor and vulnerable in society; participating in environmental protection, responding to climate change; building new rural areas, civilized urban areas; making practical contributions to the cause of socio-economic development, education, health, humanitarianism, charity and building the great national unity bloc.

Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai expressed her confidence that the Vietnam Catholic Solidarity Committee, under the enthusiastic leadership of Father Tran Xuan Manh, will continue to demonstrate as an active member organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, accompanying the Party, State and People to successfully organize important events of the Party, the country and the Fatherland, and the Fatherland, continuing to promote its role and mission in mobilizing Catholics to live "good lives and be beautiful", making increasingly practical contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland of Vietnam in the new development stage.
