According to the cooperation agreement, Taxi Lavi will invest and put into operation 2,000 VinFast electric cars, including Minio Green, Herio Green, VF 5, Limo Green and EC Van lines.

The deployment roadmap is expected to be implemented in key markets such as Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Khanh Hoa and Da Nang, aiming to replace the entire fleet of fossil fuel vehicles with electric vehicles.
In parallel with the vehicle conversion, the parties will coordinate to build a synchronous operating ecosystem, including charging infrastructure developed by V-Green and a specialized service workshop system, to ensure operational efficiency and a stable operating platform for a large-scale fleet.
The agreement was signed and implemented in the context that Vietnam's transportation industry is entering a strong green transition phase, with increasingly high requirements for emission reduction and operating cost optimization. The combination of VinFast electric vehicles, V-Green fast charging infrastructure and Green SM operating platform contributes to the formation of a synchronous pure electric transport model, creating favorable conditions for businesses and drivers to switch to environmentally friendly vehicles according to a clear roadmap.
The entire process of switching to a pure electric vehicle fleet of Taxi Lavi will be accompanied, consulted and supported for implementation by GSM, ensuring smooth transition and improving operational efficiency.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Y Nghia Investment and Trading Co., Ltd. said: "Today's signing ceremony marks a specific step in the roadmap for the electrification of our entire fleet. Through this, the business aims to build an efficient and sustainable transportation model, while ensuring a stable income for drivers and improving service quality for customers.
Mr. Tran Le Phuong - Deputy General Director of GSM Global shared: "Green migration is not only an inevitable trend but also a solution to help businesses improve operational efficiency in the long term. GSM will continue to accompany partners to ensure service standards and synchronous operational quality in markets.
Through the cooperation agreement, the parties set a goal to gradually complete the large-scale pure electric transport model, contributing to promoting the energy transition process in the transportation sector, towards building a sustainable transportation ecosystem in Vietnam.
Currently, in addition to the fleet of vehicles operating under the Green SM brand, GSM is also accompanying and supporting nearly 100 transport businesses and 11 bus companies nationwide to switch to electric vehicles in order to promote the greening process of transportation in Vietnam.
