I. Recruitment form:
1. For candidates who meet the normal recruitment standards: candidates will participate in 02 rounds: professional knowledge round and interview round.
2. For candidates who meet the recruitment criteria of "excellent students": only participate in 01 interview round, exempt from the professional knowledge test round.
Candidates are considered to be excellent students graduating with honors from the following universities: National Economics University; Hanoi Foreign Trade University; Academy of Finance; Banking Academy; Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City; University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City (candidates who graduated within 12 months from the date of receiving the degree to the time of application submission) and:
- Foreign language proficiency: IELTS 7.0; TOEIC 785; TOEFL 550; C1-CEFR/ equivalent or higher;
- IT level: Office IT certificate B (or equivalent) or higher.
II. Time and form of receiving documents:

- For positions that do not require experience: until December 12, 2024
- For positions requiring experience: until December 31, 2024 or when full recruitment
After creating and submitting the online application, candidates scan the following documents into pdf or doc-docx format, to attach.
- APPLICATION FORM according to Vietcombank's form;
- Scanned copies of diplomas and transcripts (notarization/certification not required);
- Health certificate within the last 6 months;
- For positions requiring experience: Documents proving work experience (Labor contract, Social Insurance book, etc.);
- 02 4x6 photos (taken within 06 months from the date of application submission);
(Candidates must provide complete notarized/certified paper documents when requested by Vietcombank or when notified that the candidate has been accepted to the Interview round).
III. Note:
- Vietcombank only accepts applications from candidates who have graduated from full-time/joint university programs (excluding joint programs, part-time programs, second degrees, and work-study programs) from universities according to Vietcombank's regulations. Master's degree training or higher is only a priority criterion.
- Candidates need to attach supporting documents. In case there is no basis for evaluation, Vietcombank has the right to reject the application.
- Candidates only apply for 01 position at a Branch in the centralized recruitment round (in case the candidate applies for 02 positions at the same time, Vietcombank has the right to remove the candidate's application from this recruitment round).
- Vietcombank has the right to select profiles to invite outstanding candidates to participate in recruitment rounds;
- Select display language and declare profile in Vietnamese;
- Vietcombank does not charge any fees related to recruitment;
IV. Job description, recruitment criteria and application process:
- Candidates choose the desired position to apply for via the links below or search by keyword structure: "Branch Name" or/and "Job Position", to submit the application. Candidates need to declare the required information and attach a scanned copy of the application proving the ability to meet the recruitment standards to facilitate the review and evaluation of the application.
- Candidates download the APPLICATION FORM, fill in the information and attach it to the "Resume/CV" section. Other documents proving professional qualifications and experience meeting recruitment standards will be attached to "Additional documents".
