V-App is developed on a modern technology architecture platform, focusing on AI systems that support synthesis, search and distribution of information based on standardized and controlled data. The application uses information retrieval and context comparison techniques to select and provide content from official sources and data in the ecosystem, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal regulations and transparency of information sources through clear citation mechanisms, towards responsible AI development and application standards.
Experiencing on the V-App is designed according to the context-based smart experience stream, in which AI functions support users throughout steps such as searching for information, suggesting related services, comparing choices and leading the next action seamlessly in the same application, helping to reduce operations and simplify daily needs.
In particular, V-App will provide daily news with personalized content based on reading behavior and user interests. The AI Summary system will automatically summarize the content. In addition, customers can switch from reading news to instant interaction with the AI chat window to look up services or directly link to utilities such as booking Xanh SM cars, shopping and VPoint points.
